Let's Be Friend...
Our staffs came from different background in the villages, from former sulfur miners in Kawah Ijen till parking boy in Jagir waterfall. We tried to work together with locals as many as possible to support the community in the area we have covered. We recruited them as tour guide or driver, some of teenagers are willing to learn english slowly and passionate to join our company.
Each staff has their own guiding style and character, but all of them will be taking care of all guest as their own friend and welcome them in their own family member. With their local knowledge, they will show the uniques differences of the area and get closer with locals.
